Child Care Services

Davis Professional Services, L.L.C. (Davis Professional) provides all records required for effective management of the child and adult care food program.

Davis Professional will provide the following services:

COMPONENT AND PORTION REQUIREMENTS:

• Meal Pattern Requirements
• Cycle Menus
• Menu Worksheets (CACFP-6)

DOCUMENTATION OF EXPENDITURES:

• CACFP-9 (Claim for Reimbursement)
• CACFP-7 (Daily Meal Participation)
• Current License if Expired [Davis reviews if a current license is on file with Food Program]

STAFF TRAINING AND MONITORING:

• Documentation of sponsor-conducted staff in-service training
• Documentation of facility monitor review sessions

DAVIS WILL PROVIDE MONTHLY FILES OF ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

Child Care Center only performs the following:

ENROLLMENT DATA: (All with assistance from Davis Professional)

• Attendance Records
• Enrollment Roster
• Free/ Reduced Meal Applications
• Inventory Report
